The IntelaTrac Auditor Plus application is a new application in the IntelaTrac product suite
that includes functionality previously included in either the Procedure Monitor or Procedure Auditor
applications as well as some new functionality that has been requested by the IntelaTrac User Community.
Auditor Plus provides the user with a single application for determining compliance to scheduled work as
well as providing the interface to edit and approve completed procedure.
Reports
- New report types configured to provide more “Scheduled versus Completed” statistical
information.
- New “Exception” Report based on selectable Data Filters.
- New “Notes” Report that returns all tasks which have notes associated.
Workflow
- Users can “drill down” from a higher level view of Scheduled and Completed procedures
(Monitor View) to a detailed procedure instance (Auditor View).
- New rights are available in Administration to allow for the rejection of procedure Approval,
allowing for additional edits to tasks and notes as needed.
- New Logbook application allows for selection of multiple bases to review and enter log entries.
Configuration
- Users can select multiple bases (tied to their individual Auditor rights) for Schedule Compliance,
Review and Audit purposes.
- Site and Individual configuration options including hiding and renaming of Report Names and Report
column headers.
- Custom filters for segregating results based on non-compliance.
The Auditor Plus application can be installed along-side the existing Procedure Monitor and Procedure
Auditor applications which will allow companies to deploy and train on this new functionality while still
making the existing applications available to the user.
